Description:
The acquisition concerns one Scrum team, which develops and maintains full-time the Pension Security Center's .NET (CDM system. The team members should mainly be experienced Full Stack developers. The team must have proven experience in maintaining the OpenText eDocs DM system and planning, developing, maintaining, diagnosing and optimizing SQL server databases. At least one of the developers comee must have architectural expertise and one of the team members must work as a part-time Scrum master.
The team consists of a few key people, who try to keep in the team with 100% work input, and people whose work input in the team may be smaller. This specifies the competence of the team membersbased on profiles. An option is to acquire experts from the supplier of the Scrum team (e.g. service designer, specifier, testing expert) who participate in the development of information systems as needed. The working language and documentation language is Finnish.
