Description:
The Kainuu Welfare Area (Subscriber) requests tenders for the construction contract for the Kainuu Welfare Area Children's Home and the Disabled Children's Housing Unit in accordance with this invitation to tender and other tenders. It is a procurement law (Public Procurement and Access Agreements 1397/2016) In accordance with the acquisition and contract of construction of construction contracts above the national threshold, the contracted contract is, in which the contractor of the construction engineering work acts as the main contractor and the main implementer within the meaning of the legislation. HVAC, building automation, electrical and sprinkling works are carried out on the main contract In subordinate side contracts. The contract follows the general terms and conditions of the construction contract YSE 1998 RT 16- 10660 (the references are abbreviated by YSE). in the appendices.
