• The object of the procurement is the occupational health services of the personnel of Kemi-Tornionlaakso educational municipality Lappia and Lappia-Koulutus Oy at the premises of the supplier/approved subcontractor. The procurement belongs to the social and within the scope of health services. The CPV code of the procurement's main nomenclature is 85147000 Occupational health care services. The procurement of occupational health care services is governed by the occupational health care legislation binding on the employer (TTH 1383/2001). The Occupational Health Care Act defines procured occupational health care services that include preventive services in accordance with Section 12 of TTH 1383/2001 (KL1 and KL2 services). The acquisition also includes general practitioner-level medical care services.
