Description:
The North Karelia procurement process is requesting bids for the operating tables of the North Karelia Central Hospital to be purchased between 2024 and 2026, which can be adjusted to the positions required for various procedures.
The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas and phases:
1. Semi-fixed operating table
2.Mobile operating table
Phase 1: In 2024, 2-4 semi-fixed and 0-2 mobile operating tables will be acquired.
Phase 2: In 2026, 2-4 semi-fixed and 0-2 mobile operating tables will be acquired.
The requirements for the operating table systems to be procured are defined in the procurement noticeand in its appendices. All operating tables to be acquired in phases 1 and 2 (2024 and 2026) will be equipped with the same basic equipment.
Furthermore, the purchase includes accessories as an option, which are purchased within the framework of the need and available funds. The purchase also includes an option for a maximum of twoa (2) from the operating table by sub-area (2 2) with the basic equipment according to the request for tender.
The offered products must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, the laws and regulations of Finland and the regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. structure, equipment, work and fire safety secae in terms of electrical safety.
The customer does not commit to the procurement quantities indicated in the request for tenders, but products are procured within the framework of the available funds. The procurement quantities indicated in the criteria for the procurement target are used to determine the actual total value of the procurement.
