Description:
OSAO Group requests an offer for the statutory audit of administration and finances. Procurement may also include project inspections and other special assignments. The group consists of the association of educational municipalities OSAO (0992445-3) and its wholly (100%) owned subsidiary OSAO Edu Oy (2796943-6). The purchase of auditing services also includes the statutory audit of a subsidiary belonging to the OSAO Group. According to the Municipal Act, the municipality must choose the auditor of the municipality's subsidiary audit firm, unless there is a justified reason for deviating from this related to the organization of the audit. The scope of the subsidiary's audit is estimated to be around 5 audit days in the financial year. OSAO Edu Oy draws up its own contract after making a decision. The procurement unit referred to in the Procurement Act is Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO. The competition is conducted through an open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) bidder is selected as the service provider. The selection criteria for the competition is the lowest price. There are qualitative ones in procurement requirements presented in the form of suitability requirements set for providers or quality requirements set for the service in other ways, which enables a comparison based on price alone.
