Description:
It is a purchase based on the framework agreement HEL 2024-006216 of Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, which is carried out in compliance with simplified bidding procedure according to the request for tenders, i.e. the so-called as a mini-competition. Only the selected framework arrangement suppliers can participate in the mini-competition tender. The object of the procurement is the outdoor furniture of the Ylä-Malmi and Ala-Malmi market project and Stara requests your offers in accordance with this request for tender and the documents attached to it in accordance with. The amounts presented in the tender documents are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. The finally realized quantities can be either smaller or larger than those estimated in the request for tender stage, and not the quantities changes affect unit prices Furniture deliveries beginning of 2026.
