- The city of Espoo is requesting offers for outdoor playground and exercise equipment as well as environmental and urban furniture.
The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas. The bidder can bid for one or more sub-areas.
The areas are:
1. Outdoor gym equipment, with body weight resistance and fixed lefttuss
2. Outdoor gym equipment, with adjustable resistance
3. Environmental furniture, trash cans and legs
4. Environmental furniture, surface collection tanks and deep collection tanks
A maximum of five (5) Suppliers will be selected for all areas. The tenderer can offer according to his choice for one or more sub-aread.
Independent procurement decisions are drawn up for each area.
A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is €2,500,000 (aVAT 0%).
The predicted values for each sub-area are (VAT 0%):
Sub-area 1 Outdoor gym equipment, with body weight resistance and fixed resistance: €500,000 800,000
Sub-area 2 Outdoor gym equipment, with adjustable resistance: 800,000 1 €200,000
Part area 3 Environmental furniture, trash cans and legs: 150€000 €250,000
Sub-area 4 Environmental furniture, surface collection tanks and deep collection tanks: €150,000 250,000
Sub-area-specific maximum values are (VAT 0%):
