Description:
The infrastructure service area of the city of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit / customer) requests offers for the general design of the Vuohensaari bridge in accordance with this call for tenders and the documents attached to it. The task is to prepare a general plan for the bridge leading to Salo Vuohensaari and a general plan From the raising of Satamakatu between Vuohensaari bridge - Vuohensaari. The master plan must be ready in its entirety by April 15, 2026. The current bridge has reached the end of its life cycle. In 2020, Satamakatu was raised approximately 20-40 cm up to the current bridge. This design entity has a purpose raise the rest of Satamakatu. A water pipe with a diameter of 63 mm passes through the opening of the current bridge. The design must cover the general design of the bridge, which also includes the renewal of the wooden piles on the road embankment on both sides of the existing bridge. In addition, the design commission includes working time traffic planning to Vuohensaari, general planning of the lifting of the rest of Satamakatu, geoplanning necessary in the master plan phase, drawing up of a ground survey and measurement program (the customer will carry out the surveys), cost estimate, official negotiations with the licensing authority and the water permit application preparation and applying for it. The goal of the design is to prepare the most cost-effective solution for the new bridge. The presented alternative must have a flow opening almost similar to the current one and the bridge's load capacity must be at least 35 t.
