- OBJECTIVES OF THE PROCUREMENT The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the management of the medical equipment of the welfare areas participating in the procurement is carried out in accordance with § 11 of the Act (719/2021). the individual needs of each area. OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is the overall management service for medical devices, which covers:• Device registration• Receiving inspections• Periodic maintenance• Breakdown maintenance• Spare parts services• Device register maintenance• Depreciation of equipment• Training of personnel Wellness areas have different needs and each area defines its own set of services. All new social security units that may be established later fall within the scope of the procurement. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in appendix x "Description of the object of procurement". The agreement is valid for 4 years on a fixed-term basis and thereafter indefinitely.
