• Description:
• The tender is requested for the procurement of pallet and transport services of Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) in accordance with the tender documents. The estimated value of sub-area 1 is approximately EUR 1,000,000/year (VAT 0) and the anticipated value of sub-area 2 is approximately 300,000 EUR/year (VAT 0). The actual contract is valid for two (2) years from the start date of the contract period. The customer has the right to extend the contract two (2) at a time with a one (1) year option starting from the end of the actual contract period. VEHICLE POWER REQUIREMENTS Vans used for service production must use electricity as their only motive power. Trucks used for service production must use electricity, biogas, fossil-free as their sole motive power produced hydrogen or liquid renewable fuels. HVO diesel is accepted as a renewable liquid fuel. EMPLOYMENT TERMS As part of the contract, the supplier undertakes to employ one person in a weak labor market position during the contract period. the person's employment relationship for at least 6 months (working time 50-100%) or, alternatively, an apprenticeship relationship leading to a vocational qualification.
