Description:
The competition applies to the Vantaa parish association's camp camp shifts for the years 2025 and 2026. The Vantaa parish association includes 7 parishes. The parishes organize the majority of their religious camps during the school summer vacation season.
The competition applies to the religious camp weeks of summer 2025 and 2026. Competition does not applyspecial ordination schools, such as sports or hiking ordination schools or ordination school camps that go outside the borders of Finland.
An individual service provider can offer by sub-area, and within a sub-area by destination. There are on average about 40 people in each rip camp (exactat the number of people can be found in the criteria for the object of procurement for each parish).
The congregations have defined the maximum distances for the locations of the camp centers from the church/main church of each congregation. This aims to reduce travel costs and the impact of transport on the environment. In procurement, in addition to costs, the quality of the object is also importantfactors such as the availability of group work spaces, the proximity of the beach, the provision of outdoor spaces and the opportunity to have your own peace in the camp center. Consideration of environmental factors in operations is also a key part in terms of procurement.
