- As a service, the University of Eastern Finland acquires a parking operator who, for a monthly fee, takes care of the operational operation of the University of Eastern Finland's outdoor parking spaces, charging equipment, bicycle parking shelters and parking areas, the parking management system and the usersdelivery of a targeted mobile application, as well as the rental of all the aforementioned parking spaces and the drafting of contracts with parking customers. In addition, the operator is responsible for collecting payments from parking customers and paying them to the University of Eastern Finland. The operator is responsible forin addition to the customer service and marketing of the sites.
Furthermore, the customer acquires as separate purchases the devices, installations and related services defined for the charging system system package.
