• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the delivery of the parking control information system of the city of Lappeenranta in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. The object of the acquisition is an information system intended for parking control management, which is acquired as a SaaS service. In addition, the purchase includes support services related to the use of the application, as well as the implementation project, including the transfer of data from the current system to the new one and the implementation of integrations in accordance with this call for tenders. The procured system is used to carry out the tasks stipulated in the law on parking control (727/2011) and the law on moving vehicles (1508/2019). The procurement includes support services and development work, migration of the old system to the new system, conversions, trainings and system maintenance. The procured system must include the features described in the tender request and its attachments. With the help of the system, it must be possible to monitor and control parking enforcement efficiently, economically and easy to use. The use of the system must be possible around the clock (24/7/365). The system must be a comprehensive service that includes all the features specified in the requirements through a user interface that is as uniform as possible for everyone for access levels.
