Description:
The object of the procurement is payroll services for the city of Vantaa's group companies, in which the city has a majority share and whose accounting is handled by the financial services of the city of Vantaa. To support the operation of these companies, a comprehensive and expert payroll service is needed, which meets both the legal regulations obligations and the special needs of the organization. The duration of the contract is limited to one (1) year starting from the signing of the contract, after which the contract will continue indefinitely. 4. Payroll for group companies. The service covers the entire payroll process, from data collection and preprocessing to payment and reporting. The service includes the calculation and payment of monthly salaries and meeting fees, official notifications. Specialties must be taken into account in the service benefits, as well as versatile reporting and production of accounting material. The calculation of monthly salaries applies to approximately 25 people, whose employment relationships are based on either the collective agreement of Kiinteistoeala salaried employees or the CEO's agreement. Meeting fees are paid around 150-200 each year each, and they are mainly processed twice a year, also taking into account the possible exceptional payment schedule in exceptional cases.
