• Description:
• The city of Espoo, Enter Espoo Oy and Espoo Catering Oy (later also the Customer) are requesting offers for personal evaluation services.
  Based on the competition, a customer-specific framework arrangement for personnel assessment services is formed, in which a maximum of three (3) suppliers will be selected.
  The customer places the orders of a maximum of 60,000 euros (VAT 0%) in the most suitable way from the point of view of the customer's procurement needs from a supplier selected for the framework arrangement and orders of more than 60,000 euros (VAT 0%) with simplified tendering. A more detailed description of the framework arrangement on with the request for tender attachment 1. "Description of the object of procurement".
  The duration of the agreement is four (4) years from the entry into force of the agreement, however no later than 31.3.2030 (an estimate that will be specified during the signing phase of the agreements).
  The estimated total value of the acquisition without VAT for four (4) years is 395,000 euro.
  The total value without value added tax is distributed among the participating procurement units as follows:
  City of Espoo 365,000 euros
  Enter Espoo Oy 15,000 euros
  Espoo Catering Oy 15,000 euros
