WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, THE PROCUREMENT UNIT RESTARTS THE PROCUREMENT ACCORDING TO THE TITLE AFTER IT SUSPENDED THE PROCUREMENT ON 19.5.2026. that the orders are placed through the service provider's online store and the service provider is responsible for delivering the medicines to HUS offices in accordance with the contract and delivery conditions. The offices are located in Helsinki, Porvoo, Peijas, Raasepor, Jorvi, Lohja and Hyvinkää. Orders and deliveries are location-specific. The detailed addresses of the offices are stated in the contract. In addition to the sale of medicines, the procurement includes a delivery service, to which the terms of the contract apply. Medicines will be invoiced according to the current drug legislation, uniform prices for pharmacies, and the consideration paid to the service provider consists of the price of the drugs and the delivery fees according to the contract. HUS pays for both the medicines and the delivery service the consideration directly to the service provider. The agreement does not include an arrangement in which the service provider's right to receive compensation is based on payments received from third parties. In addition to medicines, HUS can order other products from the supplier's selection in this way and in that way to the extent stated in the contract.
