• Procurement of planning and expert services for high-voltage cable connections The subject of the procurement is the technical design services of high-voltage underground cable connections in the customer's high-voltage network projects. The aim of the framework arrangement is to ensure the customer has sufficient and flexible expert resources for the planning of high-voltage cable projects and expert support during the planning in the various phases of the projects. The acquisition primarily includes the following services: • high voltage technical planning and expert tasks of underground cable connections • planning of cable solutions, structures and dimensions • technical review, comparison and coordination of cable route options • design documentation and technical reports according to the customer's instructions • coordinating the design with the customer's other design and project activities • redemption, permit and environmental studies related to cable routes and cooperation with stakeholders • expert support for different projects in stages The preliminary content of the procurement is described in the description of the object of procurement attached to the request for participation (appendix 1). The procurement documents and their content are completed during the procurement procedure and the final procurement object and requirements will be presented in the final call for tenders. The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years, after which it is possible to extend the agreement (options) two (2) times for two (2) years (maximum duration 6 years).
