- This document is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information implemented as a market survey. The procurement services of the education and training industry plans to tender during 2026, according to the e-appendix, the education of pre-school education and the needs of the education industry. The city of Helsinki organizes pre-school education in municipal kindergartens and private kindergartens. The city of Helsinki is planning to tender preschool education in private kindergartens. We ask registrations for the market dialogue by 12 February 2026 at 12 noon to the address: kasko.hankinnat@hel.fi. In the subject line, please write "Registration for the market dialogue purchase of preschool education". There is a market dialogue in writing. Those who signed up for the market dialogue will be sent more information about the planned content of the future procurement as well as questions regarding the future tender. The request for information is carried out in Finnish.
