Description: The object of the acquisition is to provide printing and printing services to AEL-Amiedu Oy (subscriber). The service includes the use of a browser-based ordering system provided by the service provider for the use of the subscriber, the production of printing and printing jobs based on the order, the user support of the ordering system and the reporting of the use of the service.
The service provider is responsible for purchasing the materials needed to provide the service (such as printing paper, envelopes, etc.).
One (1) service provider will be selected to perform the procurement. The Agreement is for a fixed term of the first two (2) years of the Agreement, after which the Agreement will continue for an indefinite period of time with a mutual notice period of six (6) months. The contract period begins with the signing of the contract.
