• Description:
• Procurement of pumping stations and their repair and maintenance work The City of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for the maintenance of the property pumping stations of the properties managed by the City of Espoo and the group companies named by the City of Espoo, repairs and renewals. The procurement also includes repairs and renewals of sensors and alarms for grease and oil separation wells, as well as maintenance and repairs of small refineries. There are around 140 property pumping stations. The contract period is four (4) years. On the basis of the competition, a framework arrangement is formed, for which a maximum of three (3) Service Providers and one (1) alternate service provider are selected. A more detailed description of the framework arrangement and the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Object of the procurement description". The anticipated total value of the acquisition without value added tax (i.e. when VAT is 0%) is 1,000,000 euros. The total value is distributed between the different procurement units as follows: - City of Espoo: 400,000 euros. - Espoo Elä ja Asu Oy: 20,000 euros. - Espoon Asunnot Oy: 400,000 euros. - Kiinteistö Oy Espoo's central kitchen: 50,000 euros. - Espoo Catering: 50,000 euros. - Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylä swimming hall: 50,000 euros. - Kiinteistö Oy Opinmäki Campus: 10,000 euros. - Weegee Oy: 10,000 euros. - Kiinteistö Oy Tapiolan Louhi: 10 000 euros.
