- Description:
- The subject of the procurement is Fingrid-s purchase order and invoice management system delivered as a SaaS service. The software service is intended to support the entire procure-to-pay process in the target state, including purchase requests (free text, catalog, punchout catalog), purchase orders, order confirmations, receipt of goods, invoice receipt and processing. As part of the invoice processing functionality, the system must also include e-invoicing operator capabilities, enabling the sending and receiving of electronic invoices in accordance with applicable standards and integration requirements. Additionally, the system must include functionalities for supplier management, contract management, and mini competitions. The procured SaaS service must include user licenses for all Fingrid employees. The procurement also includes an implementation project, which is preliminarily planned to start during the first half of 2026. The implementation is intended to proceed in phases and be completed by Q4/2026. The support and advisory service included in the procurement serves as a second-level support channel (2nd line support) for Fingrid-s key users/application owners in case of incidents. In addition, during the contract period, the Client may procure development work, project work, and extensions to expand and improve the subject of the procurement.
