Description:
Luonnonvarakeskus (hereafter "Luke") requests bids for the provision of relocation or settlement services and employer consulting services in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. It is a joint procurement, in which Luke implements the tender, but based on the tender, the formprocurement contracts will be entered into with all the procurement units/organizations defined as Purchasers in this call for tenders, which are the Finnish Natural Resources Agency (Luke), the Finnish Environment Agency (Syke), the Meteorological Institute (IL) and the Institute of Health and Welfare (THL).i.e. settlement services for new employees coming from abroad and employees leaving for assignments abroad, so that they could more easily settle into the new organization and environment, and better focus on their work. In addition, the purchase includes the international consultation required by the employerto the employer's obligations in certain working situations. The services that are the subject of the procurement and their minimum requirements are described in more detail in this tender request and its appendices 1-11.
The procurement is divided into two sub-areas:
Sub-area 1 Relocation services
Sub-area 2 Employer's consulting serviceut
One Service Provider is selected for each sub-area.
The purpose of the competition is to acquire a contract supplier for a two (2) year contract period, after which there is a possibility to extend the contract period with a maximum of two one (1 1) year option periods.
