- 1.1 Construction site and location The construction site is the restoration of the dike and service road on the eastern side of Piipsjärvi's Hurnaslahti from a distance of approx. 200 m. The movement of the lake water has eroded the clayey and silty dike from the surface layer to a depth of more than 2 m. The surface layer has partially broken and fallen into the enlarged lake. The developer requires that the contractor candidates verifiably familiarize themselves with the construction site before submitting an offer. 2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE OBJECT 2.1 General description of the area Dam bench renovation area is located on the north shore of the lake expansion in the middle of the lake and the Hurnaslahti formed from it. The arable land on the north side of Patopenka. The arable land has been turned against the dam bank as a support during tillage, so the bank there is no big difference in level on the field side. The top and edge of the dam bed are cut with a tractor-powered crusher 1-2 times a year. 2.2 Ground conditions The upper part of the dam bed has a humus layer of approx. 200 mm. The bench itself is made of silty clay or just clay. Stones have been driven by tractors to the broken points on the edge of the dam, but they have, however, flowed into the lake.
