• Description:
• City of Salo, Liikelaitos Salon Vesi is requesting bids for the renovation of the inlet sewers of Salo's central treatment plant in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. The form of the contract is a total contract. The construction target is the renewal of the current pressure sewer lines to its new location in the Salon Meriniity industrial area. The renewable pressure sewer lines are led from the Länsiranta wastewater pumping station located along Satamakatu and from the itäranta wastewater pumping station located along Tehdaskatu, combining into one as a drainage ditch, leading further to the crossing area at Satamakatu 40. The total length of the pressure sewer line is approx. 1070 m and it is located almost entirely in street areas. The line includes one street undercutting and one river undercutting, which will be done directional drilling. 3 flow measurement wells and one 4.5 meter long valve well made of precast concrete elements will be built on the line. In addition, a 160 mm PEH-10 water pipe will be built along Satamakatu, which will be placed in the same well for the planned 450 eg with pressure drains. The water main will be renewed according to the plan drawings between Meriniitynkatu and Katkiluodonkatu. An option is to renew the water main with a 160 mm PEH-10 water main from Katkiluodonkatu to the end of the plan area (plv 530-1040), if it has the existing water pipe is made of pipe material other than PE pipe.
