Description:
The infraservice area of the city of Salo (hereafter procurement unit / customer) requests bids for the renovation planning of the municipal engineering of the Housing Fair sites, i.e. Kauniaistenkatu, Siltavoudinkatu, Rummunlyoejankatu and Vahasillankatu, in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. The street plans must be ready by February 27, 2026. The building plans must be ready by April 30, 2026. Task and project background The city of Salo has applied for the 2028 Housing Fair. The housing fair is implemented with a new concept, i.e. building sites instead of a unified fair area located in different parts of the city center near Salonjoki. The sites are located within the scope of the current street and water supply network. construction plans with contract documents.
