- Salo city's facility services (hereafter procurement unit/customer) requests bids for the procurement of the ventilation renovation of building A of the Mesikämmen daycare center as a complete contract in accordance with the request for bids and the documents attached to it. Mesikämmen kindergarten The fans in the IV machine of building A are changed to EC fans and cooling of the supply air is added to the machine. The cooling machine and its installations are part of the overall contract. In addition, necessary ventilation will be added to the group and resting areas by adding room-specific ventilation New duct branches for IV ducts with air flow controllers connected to the building automation system. The IV ducts are cleaned throughout and the air volumes are adjusted throughout the building before handover. In addition to the IV work, the total price includes the plumbing, electrical and construction work. Program and module changes of the existing building automation system are a separate purchase by the customer. However, the additional cabling needs of building automation are part of the overall contract in accordance with the tender documents in scope. The installation work will be carried out on 1.6. - 10 July 2026. The cleaning of the ducts and the adjustment of air volumes should be done by July 17, 2026.
