Description:
The city of Helsinki's construction services company, Stara, requests your offer for the unit price of Ilveskorvenpuisto's artificial sand turf, installed with materials, in accordance with this request for tender and the documents attached to it. To be specific;- Urakan the starting level is the bearing layer, installation sand from the contractor, flexible platforms as necessary, sand artificial grass installed with materials and brought to full use. Scope of the contract: Artificial grass, PR5a / PR5b, so-called. pile carpet, NottsSport 'Childsplay' or equivalent, sand filling. The connection of the artificial grass to the surrounding surfaces, see district VIO 6030/212.- HTN3 = gray (Platinum Grey) 66 m² - HTN2 = brown (Ochre) 216 m²- HTN1 = green (Olive Green) 474 m² Start of work spring 2026 Work must be completed 12 June 2026 The quantities presented in the tender documents are estimates of future deliveries, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. The final quantities may differ from the estimated ones, and their changes do not affect the unit prices. Billing takes place on the basis of the completed works in accordance with the measurement protocol approved by the customer. By giving a unit price offer the contractor assures that the unit prices include all matters mentioned in the request for tenders and plans, as well as the work phases the work, machines and equipment necessary for high-quality execution.
