• The city of Orimattila is requesting an offer for a cloud-based (SaaS) enterprise resource planning system for managing school transport for basic education and pre-school education. The acquisition also includes software licenses (at the time of publication of the acquisition announcement, approx. 380 taxi transport student, during the contract period the range is 30 students in each direction), implementation project incl. historical data transfer and school transportation planning service. The operational management system must cover, among other things, the following key processes and functions such as - in the system for managing the basic information needed to organize transportation (educational institutions, operators, vehicles, students, guardians) - transferring the necessary data (specified by the subscriber) to the system as an excel file - route planning, transportation and route optimization - forwarding of routes and positioning - transport-related recording functions for different stakeholders - invoicing and reporting functions - data archiving via the interface - real-time of transport monitoring - communication functions and - for guardians and students of the system's mobile user interface The purpose of the competitive software is to manage students in taxi transport.
