Description:
The subject of procurement are the security services and security service equipment for the residents of the Lapland welfare area belonging to the services of the Customer's social care industry. The service will be produced in all 21 municipalities of Lapland's welfare area.kets, security telephone devices and accessories.
Turvapalvelu is a support service for services provided at home, the goal of which is to enable and support customers' independent survival in their own home. The goal is to improve customer safety around the clock. H. who needs a security servicethe child's sense of security and life control is strengthened and thus enables independent survival at home for longer. The security service utilizes technology-assisted services to improve the safety of the person living at home and the ability to ask for help.
Lapland's welfare area does not commit to tto the specified purchase quantity, but devices are purchased according to the number of customers and their needs. Procurement quantities may change in accordance with customer needs and as the service structure and priorities change.
Procurement is carried out as a framework agreement with one contract supplier. This is itthe contract has not been divided into parts, because the division is technically and cost-effectively difficult to implement.
The duration of the procurement contract is two (2) years. In addition, the contract includes two (2) one-year option periods.
