- Description:
- The main object of the procurement is security systems and devices, such as the delivery of locking, access control, camera and crime reporting systems and the necessary software. In addition, the purchase includes the necessary hardware, accessories and software the services required for installation and use, as well as the expert services required for the security projects implemented during the contract period. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. A more detailed description of the procurement is in the request for tender with the attached item description. The length of the contract period is 1 July 2026 - 20 June 2029. The contract also includes a possible option period. The procurement has not been divided into parts and one contracted supplier will be selected for the entire procurement. The procurement has been prepared in a uniform manner as a whole, based on the synergies of the industry, where service providers engaged in security protection business regulated in accordance with the Act on Private Security Services (1085/2015) are able to offer all parts of this procurement. Synergies between security systems also offer direct operational improvements and cost savings for the City of Lohja, and dividing the procurement into parts is not appropriate based on financial, operational reasons.
