- With this request for tenders, the welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava (hereafter the Client) requests a tender for the procurement of security telephone services and home service tasks (lifting assistance service).
After the contract period, the contract can be extended by two (2) option years one year at a time. The exercise of the option is notified before the end of the contract period or option year.
As a result of the competition, one (1) service provider and one (1) backup service provider will be selected, with whom the contract will be signed only in the event that the actual service provider is unable to produce the contract according to the service. By submitting a bid, the selected service provider undertakes to sign the procurement contract and deliver the service with a 100% delivery guarantee.
If the service provider selected in the tender does not sign the contract or start operating at the beginning of the contract period 1 February 2026, the Subscriber has the right to leave the contract unsigned and/or terminate the contract immediately without notice. In addition, the Subscriber has the right to acquire the service from a backup service provider, another third party or to produce the service as its own production and collect all the resulting additional costs from the provider for a maximum of twelve (12) months.
