- This announcement is a preliminary information announcement about the upcoming procurement of expert services for the City of Tampere's service design. The purpose of the announcement is to inform the market about the future procurement and to invite operators to participate in the market survey. This announcement does not solicit offers. The city of Tampere has used the framework arrangements for service design expert services in the years 2014-2017, 2018-2022 and 2023-2026. The city plans to establish a new framework arrangement for the years 2027-2030 at the end of the current contract period in 12/2026. The city of Tampere needs expert services in service design in many different development areas. The agreement is widely used by almost all city units. In the years 2023-2025 orders the combined annual value has been around €400,000. We invite actors interested in the acquisition to participate in the market survey, the purpose of which is to discuss the object of the acquisition, its definition and preliminary plans. In preparing the procurement, the views of potential bidders are very important to us, and we are happy to hear new ideas regarding the content of the procurement as well as the implementation method.
