The object of the procurement is more efficient service accommodation with full -day care for the elderly, with preparedness to care for memory -sick clients
The goal of this procurement is to provide places for senior housing with full -day care in more efficient service accommodation for older residents in Mariehamn.
The Effective service accommodation is intended for older people who, due to reduced functional ability, can no longer stay in their own homes, even with the highest level of home care. In these accommodation, staff are available around the clock to ensure security and care.
This procurement encompasses Both the places that Mariehamn City currently purchases and those needed for future needs.
