• Description:
• In the register of service providers, the subject of procurement is the services organized for children, young people and families based on the Social Care Act and the Child Protection Act, as well as development services for these services.
  Procurement is carried out as a flexible electronic service provider register, (hereinafter referred to as service providerscustomer register), which means the procedure planned and described by the customer in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act for procuring the services that are the subject of procurement. This is not a framework arrangement referred to in Section 42 of the Procurement Act. As an electronic procurement system, hanthe dynamic procurement system referred to in Sections 49 52 of the Kinta Act.
  The service provider register is valid for four (4) years from its establishment, during which time tenders within the service provider register are held. The subscriber can extend the validity of the service provider register with a new purchasewith notification. The service provider must submit an application for participation in the categories of the service provider register in which the service provider wishes to submit bids. When the service provider has been accepted into the category, the service provider receives the requests for offers sent in the category.on establishing and maintaining teri on behalf of and on behalf of all subscribers participating in procurement cooperation. Each subscriber enters into procurement contracts himself with service providers approved in the service provider register and is solely responsible for his contractual obligations in relation to the service providers....
