Description:
With this procurement, the University of Lapland and the city of Rovaniemi are tendering joint services for Arktikum (Arctic Center and Lapland Provincial Museum) and Korundi. The content and service package of the joint services, which consists of the following services to be produced, which the supplier must offer as a whole: 1) Cleaning and real estate services (Arctic) 2) Sales and marketing services (Arctic and Corundi) 3) Customer service and operation service (Arctic and Corundi) Procurement is carried out so-called in reverse as a tender, where the Customer has determined the price it is willing to pay to the chosen supplier. Competition between tenderers is conducted exclusively on the basis of quality. Based on the tender, one (1) supplier will be selected as a contractual partner. The contract is concluded for a fixed period between 1 February and 30 April 2026. The basis for the periodicity of the procurement is the transition of the current services to be produced as own production after the contract period. The Welfare Board/City of Rovaniemi is decided at its meeting on 19 August 2025 to initiate preparations for the transfer of Korund's and Arktikum's customer service, operation and advisory services, as well as sales and marketing services to the city of Rovaniemi.
