Etelae-Savo welfare area Eloisa (deceased customer) requests offers for short-term care in serviced housing.
This announcement reopens a dynamic type of framework arrangement, which was established with a procurement announcement made on February 7, 2023 (announcement number 2023-119571, TED number 2023/S 030-084700). The procurement procedure is described in a separate appendix Description of the procurement procedure.
A dynamic framework arrangement has been established for procurement. The operating principles of dynamic procurement are described in this request for participation and its attachments. In dynamic procurement, it is definedy that the framework arrangement is opened once a year and new service providers and new units can then join the procurement and the old ones can check the price they previously offered.I do not have contractual partners check their prices. Service providers who previously joined the procurement will automatically continue according to the old contracts unless they revise their prices or change the units they offer. Prices and your benefits according to new offers received based on this request for quotationand order will come into force on January 1, 2024.
