• Description:
• Salo city's facility services is requesting bids for the procurement of site supervision and coordinator tasks for the early childhood education and school project in Uskela in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. Duties include House construction work the tasks according to the task lists of supervision and building technology supervision, with the additions and clarifications presented in this request for tenders. The procurement is divided into three different areas and the bidder can offer one or more areas. The project includes a new school and the construction of the kindergarten building, the demolition of the old school building and the yard work of the new building. The project's form of contract is a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor. The construction site of the early childhood education and school unit in Uskela located at Kavilankatu 1, 24100 Salo. The new building will be built on the same plot as the current school building. The current school building will be demolished in two different parts. The current school is in use throughout the construction. The goal is that the works will start in June 2026. The preliminary schedule of the project is as follows: The construction work of the new school building will be ready on October 30, 2027. The demolition work of the old school and the yard areas will be ready on July 1, 2028.
