• Description:
• Porvoo's urban infrastructure is building new street areas in connection with the Developing Kokonniemi project. In connection with street construction works, surplus soil material that needs to be dug out is created. Urban infrastructure requests a bid from the reception of excavated surplus soil materials and final investment in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. The earth materials are removed and the city's contractors or their subcontractors transport them to the Tenderer's reception point for proper processing. Service according to the contract in procurement, the Orderer uses the Supplier included in the contract that is best suited for each material batch at any given time. For each situation and delivery batch, the approved contract suppliers are chosen on a case-by-case basis from the Customer's point of view the most economically advantageous contracted supplier, taking into account the receiving prices of the materials, the weighing fee and the transport costs incurred by the Customer to the receiving location, and the capacity of the reception area. The choice is influenced by the contractual partner's ability and possibility to receive and process soil materials in the necessary schedule and cost factors. See the draft contract for more details. The materials and quantities to be received are defined in more detail in the price appendix of the request for tender. The subscriber does not have quantity purchase obligation. The contract does not give the selected suppliers the exclusive right to carry out the procured works. The customer selects as framework contract suppliers all service providers who meet the suitability, however a maximum of 15 receptions...
