• The street and building design of sub-areas 3 and 4 of Nikkila manor (NG8) includes e.g. the following areas:
  - Pre-construction planning
  - Kokoojakatu street and building design
  - Street and building design of plots and courtyard streets in residential areas
  - Separate pedestrian and cycle lanes and street and building design of outdoor routes
  - Park and building planning of parks and recreation areas
  - Programming of supplementary ground surveys and measurements and preparation of a terrain model
  - Bidding for field works
  - Geoplanning and optimization of foundation structures required for construction planning
  - Stormwater planning, including review of delay structure solutions
  - Water supply implementation planning, including support planning for trenches
  - Design of skill structures, including the general plan of the bridge and fitness stairs
