• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the special services for substance abuse and addiction work needed by the welfare region of Western Uusimaa for customers over 18 years of age. This is in accordance with Annex E of the Act 1397/2016 on Public Procurement and Access Rights (Procurement Act) acquisition. Substance abuse and addiction treatment services referred to in the Health Care Act include detoxification treatment as a take-home service, drug, medication and/or mixed use institutional detoxification treatment, alcohol institutional detoxification treatment, opioid replacement therapy starting or switching and institutional rehabilitation as medical rehabilitation. According to the Social Care Act, the special services for substance abuse and addiction work are open rehabilitation as a take-home service and institutional rehabilitation as social rehabilitation.
