SÖFUK/Wasa Teater requests tenders for design, implementation, hosting as well as maintenance and operation services for a new website unit on any platform in accordance with this RFP and attachments. We are looking for a supplier who can design and develop a new one website entity that will act as the digital face of the theater and be a hub for audience information and sales. The website should also reflect our artistic profile, improve the user experience and support our digital services. The cultural experience starting at www.wasateater.fi.The primary goal is to improve the user experience by making it easy for visitors to find performances, book tickets and plan their visit, regardless of whether they are using mobile or computer. The page will also become more dynamic by reacting to customer data (Hubspot CRM) to show relevant content to the specific visitor. The new platform will strengthen the theater's brand digitally through a visually appealing design inspired by role models such as the Sydney Opera, the Glyptoteket and Tamperen Työväenteatteri, while making the theater accessible to everyone by meeting current European accessibility standards and being easy to maintain in three languages. Finally, the project will facilitate content management and marketing through integration with HubSpot for newsletters and forms, as well as an easy-to-use CMS (Content Management System) for the theater's staff.
