Description:
The South Ostrobothnia welfare area requests your offer for installation and support services of terminal devices belonging to basic information technology.
The object of the procurement is the pre-installation, installation and operational condition of the equipment of the terminal environment that is part of the basic information technology of the entire Southern Ostrobothnia welfare region, ybuffer and pre-installation service for shared use mobile devices (shared = a device that does not have a designated user, the device base covered by the service is approximately 1,400 pcs.), phone support overflow service, and also local support services for the region of South Ostrobothnia, excludingLocal support services in the area and premises of Seinaejoki Central Hospital, where information management services' own local support service operates. As an exception, the supplier's local support service can be used in addition to the area of the province of Southern Ostrobothnia, in the area of Seinaejoki Central Hospital and in individual workplace relocationss, as well as in large-scale unit moves, where more extensive resourcing than standard service operations is needed.
