Description:
The City Theater of Helsinki (hereafter "Procurement Unit") is requesting bids for the ticketing system and related services with this call for tenders.- Nationwide telephone service for booking and selling tickets
- Provider's nationwide network of ticket shops and ticket redemption points
- Provider's internet ticket shop
- Customer service for the Procurement unit and Customers-Maintenance of customer records
- Aditro Wintime accounting interfacen
- Telephone sales overflow services
- Outbound telephone sales
- Chat service overflow services of the subscriber's own website (HKT.fi)
- Digital marketing support service (email, community platforms, Google)
- Marketing automation services (including automated e-mail and text messagesyou prevented the Customers before and after the event)
- Marketing and digital support for the Procurement Unit
The goal in the procurement is to find one supplier with overall responsibility who is able to produce the ticketing system and related services.
The Procurement Unit does not have a quantity purchase obligation, northe contract gives the service provider the exclusive right to carry out the purchase. The information on the volumes presented in the documents are estimates that are not binding on the Procurement Unit.

Service production must start on August 1, 2024.
