Description:
The City of Helsinki's construction services company, Stara, is requesting your bid for the Tove Jansson park wall and fence contract at a unit price in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. Clarifications on the content of the contract - The customer has delivered the stones for raising the walls to the site, from the contractor, the installation of the raising stones of the wall according to the plans with materials, including also the drilling of holes and anchoring to the wall and concrete slab. - The customer implements the antique fence separately, the contractor installs the surface fence with materials.- The contractor installs curbstones with materials, as a starting level the load-bearing layer, i.e. soil-moist concrete from the contractor.- Implementation of the picket fence to be installed on the curb stones with materials from the contractor.- Gates installed with materials from the contractor.- Implementation of the foundation of the gates with materials from the contractor. About plans in contrast, the gates do not have a pattern, but a solid plate, the pattern of which is purchased separately by the customer.- The contractor will implement the reinforced concrete slab in the area of the wall, including the materials. 30 May 2026. The amounts presented in the tender documents are estimates of future deliveries, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer.
