• Description:
• The sports and youth services of the city of Raisio are requesting your offer for a ready-to-use timing system used in athletics competitions, which includes a goal camera system that meets international standards and their integrated use. The finish camera system must be directly compatible with the timing system so that timing, finish pictures and results service work as a single system unit, the delivery must include at least the following areas:1. EDITORIAL SCOPE A) Timing system• measurement of competition times and creation of results• basic functions necessary for the management of competitions (e.g. sport-specific settings, batch/batch distribution processing, recording and export of results) B) Finish camera system (photo finish)• description of the finish line and review of the finishing order• storage and archiving of image data• necessary additional equipment and installation materials (e.g. tripods, cabling, connections)C) Software and licenses• required to use the system software and licenses (under the conditions valid at the time of delivery)• possible drivers, user interfaces and components enabling output exportD) Commissioning and training• delivery, basic installation and introduction to the agreed operating environment• system basic training for users named by the customer• user manuals and other necessary documentation in Finnish or EnglishE) Support and maintenance• at least a basic support channel (e.g. e-mail/telephone) and a procedure for error reports• hu...
