Geographically, the western region initially covers about half of Kajave's distribution network, incl tentatively the areas of the following municipalities: Kajaani, Paltamo, Puolanka, Pyhanta, Siikalatva, Hyrynsalmi, Ristijarvi and Vaala. The customer's non-binding estimate of the expected value of the acquisition with options is a maximum of 1.1 million euro.
