Description:
The city of Helsinki's urban environment department (later also the Client) requests offers for the delivery of traffic light control devices in accordance with the device specifications attached to the request for tender. The control devices to be acquired must be able to be connected to the Omnia and Omnivue monitoring systems in use in Helsinkiand control systems. There are a total of 29 devices, of which 5 are spare devices:

The customer is already ready to connect device types ELC-2, ELC to the Omnivue system -3, EC-1 ITC-1 and ITC-2(b) ITC-3. Subscriber to Omnia system on already prepared to connect ELC-2, ELC-3, EC-1, EC-2, ITC-1 and ITC-2(b).
Regarding other device types, the bidder must ensure the connection of the device to the Omnivue and Omnia systems, and in this case the control device supplier is responsible for any additional costs caused by the connection.
The customer is responsible for the centerto the system supplier for the license fee for the connection of the control device to be added to the central system according to the agreements between the customer and the central system supplier.
The control unit must support the latest version of the RSMP protocol and the SXL traffic signals specification, which has been published in the call for tenders...
