Sastamala Ruoka- ja Puhtauspalvelut Oy Servi requests offers for transport services for the contract period 2 March 2026-28 February 2029. After the fixed-term contract period, the purchase can be extended with an option period valid until further notice. Because it's public procurement, however, the procurement will be tendered again every 4-5 years at the latest. The procurement includes Servi's transports in the Sastamala and Punkalaitumi area as described in this request for tender. Transports are mainly the Customer's regular cold or hot and cold meal transports between the Customer's sending kitchens (3 pcs) and the receiving kitchens, Customer's customer offices or customers' homes. In addition to meals and foodstuffs, with the same transport you can also transport other items, such as internal mail, small work tools, tissue paper, cleaning textiles or work clothes. In addition to meal deliveries, the purchase includes a small amount of other goods transport, such as for example small appliances transportation, according to the Customer's needs. The current transportation needs of the Customer are described in the tender request. The sending and receiving items and their quantity may change due to changes in the Subscriber's processes or the Subscriber's client's items. Here the drop amounts presented in the request for quotation are non-binding estimates, and the Customer does not commit to any specific drop amounts during the contract period.
