Description:
Finnish Customs requests offers for two (2) UHPLC-HRMS/MS equipment units to be procured and a maintenance agreement for the units after the warranty period of one (1) year. One (1) contractual supplier will be selected for the procurement with which Finnish Customs will enter into a procurement and maintenance agreement regarding both equipment units after the warranty period. The Supplier is obligated to extend the maintenance agreement for a minimum of nine (9) years after the end of the warranty period if the Purchaser so wishes regarding both equipment units. The UHPLC-HRMS/MS equipment units will be used in the Customs Laboratory. The bidding process will be conducted as a reverse auction (French auction). The reference price offered may not exceed EUR 860,000 (VAT 0%), covering two (2) equipment units with their requirements for a one (1) year warranty period. In addition, one (1) year of a preventive maintenance agreement (12 months) for both Products will be included in the procurement price, i.e. the budget of EUR 860,000. Once the one (1) year of a preventive maintenance agreement has ended, the Purchaser will purchase a preventive maintenance agreement for upcoming years at corresponding prices and service levels as the bidder included in the budget of EUR 860,000. If the reference price offered is more than EUR 860,000 (VAT 0%), the offer in question will be rejected. The address of the Customs Laboratory is Tekniikantie 13, 02150 Espoo, Finland.
