• Description:
• The Department of Education and Training of the City of Helsinki requests your offer for various computer-controlled equipment for technical work, plastic processing machines, and electrical workstations in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The procurement is divided into 10 to the subdivision 1. Exposure device 2. Vacuum former 3. Plastic bender 4. Development/rinse/etching device 5. CNC milling machine 6. Blades for CNC milling 7. Laser for teaching use 8. Modular electrical workstation 9. Mini machine tool 10. 3D printer The purpose of the acquisition is forms a framework arrangement in which two (2) contract suppliers are selected for each sub-area in order of priority, one (1) supplier and one (1) deputy supplier. The bidder can submit a bid in one or more sub-areas. If to some area only one accepted offer is received, only one contract supplier is selected. The duration of the framework arrangement is two (2) years. The preliminary contract period is 1 May 2026 - 30 April 2028. The validity of the procurement contract ends without separate termination. The real one after the contract period, it is possible to extend the contract period with a maximum of two (2) option years. The customer decides to use the option separately no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period. During the option period, the terms of the contract apply in the form as they are valid at the end of the actual contract period, and the prices of the option period are determined in accordance with the terms agreed in the framework contract.
